Every engine rebuild is different. We really take pride in the years of re-building engines and knowing all the engine differences and special VW quirks!
Everything gets cleaned and machined as needed. All the right parts are used, no scimping, only the best!
With the installation process, we remove your existing engine. Seperate out all the useable exhaust system parts, coolant system parts, electrical components. Transfer them to the rebuilt engine. The engine compartment in the van gets cleaned and painted if needed. All of the sheet metal gets cleaned and painted. New intake manifold boots, engine mounts, clutch kit (if needed) water pump, thermostat, all the right oil & coolant sensors. Fuel pressure regulator, fuel injectors. The transmission will get serviced. Replace the engine to body seal (if needed) New tune-up parts. We replace anything that is needed to get you the kind of engine performance that we can put our name on. Nothing is left dirty or unpainted, nothing is done with a lesser quality attitude! No cutting corners on the craftsmanship or the qaulity in parts used. Now, we do have good used parts where applicable, all the above may not pertain to your vans needs, each rebuild is different. The best way to get an idea of the total cost, is to call our office or have your vehicle looked at.
Financial wise, we try to really give you an idea of what you are looking at spending on the van, not just the rebuild, but other repairs that may need to be done at that time or soon after. This will give you a better idea of cost.
